A core part of marketing your property on the MLS requires the best possible use of visual and descriptive elements to make your property appeal to as many potential buyers as possible. In addition, I make sure that your property is featured on all the major websites out there. I also connect with other realtors and prospective buyers via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Virtual tours are becoming an important technology in the real estate industry. I have been utilizing virtual tours for my seller clients for some time now and it helps bring out the more serious buyers to view your property. Aside from making your listing stand out, virtual tours reduce unnecessary traffic. Only the most serious buyers tend to show up.

The average buyer may look at 5-10 properties before deciding on which home to buy. Every information package is followed up with a discussion about any questions you may have. The discussion can be done in person, via phone, via zoom or whatever works best for you.
